1895 Rama V Provisional issue (4 Atts surcharged on 12 Atts) unmounted mint in block of 4 with various and double variety in block, all first primary variety in all stamps “Double surcharged” and secondary variety top left stamp with variety “1st – t ANTIQUE” and top right stamp with variety “2nd – t ANTIQUE”, two upper stamp with lightly hinged, very scarce, F-VF extremely rare for combination and multiple surcharged. unlisted error, exhibit item (4)
