1895 Locally Commercial cover used in Printed Matter rate sent within Bangkok by Reuter’s Telegram franked with Rama V Provisional issue (1 Att surcharged on 64 Atts) type 5 (#47), tied by Bangkok 1 cds. dated on 28 February 1895, on reverse with arrival Bangkok 2 cds, and Krungthep cds. dated on the same day, few torn on part of flap on reverse, scarce usage. The envelope was cut off on the corner to identified for Printed Matter, interesting (1)
